Description:
A colorful
outrigger boat (‘banca’) awaits you. Take
in all “must
sees”: visit secluded Puka Shell beach, snorkel
at Crocodile Island (or Diniwid and Angol Point), glimpse
beautiful islets, a bat cave, and picnic exotic with
fresh fish on the grill.

| PICNIC TOUR WITH KAYAKING |
Description:
Depart Sand Castles Resort at 10
am on own banca, and circumnavigate Boracay Island with
your guide. Take time out to explore the under sea wonders
of pristine coral reefs and exotic fish life. Kayak along
the spectacular limestone cliffs with their deep under-cuts
and wondrous formations. See at close hand White Breasted
Eagles, Serpent Eagles, Pacific Reef Egrets, Swiftlets
( which are famous for ‘birds nest soup’,
a Chinese delicacy), Bulbul’s, Storkbill and Blackcapped
Kingfishers, and maybe even the Brahminy Kite. Relax
and enjoy a picnic freshly prepared lunch on a deserted
beach returning at Sand Castles at around 2 PM.

| HORSE BACKRIDING |
Description: Small, strong Filipino horses stroll you
around Boracay on a small trail in the hills and/or the
beach. Experience the natural splendor. All ages, experienced
and non- experienced are welcome to join. Wearing denim/long
trousers and shoes is advisable.
Inclusions: Horse and Guide
Time Schedule: Choose either one hour or two hours
route. Stables Horse Riding is open from 6 AM until 6
PM.

DAYTOUR
JAWILI FALLS & HUROM-HUROM COLD SPRINGS |
Itinerary:
- 9:00 a.m. - Pick up at Boracay Resort
- 20 mins boat
transfer to Caticlan pier
- ½ hour land transfer by private air-conditioned
transportation to Jawili Falls, composed of 7 basins.
The cool water trickles down from the basin to the
next until the last one, where it flows down to a
stream. The last basin is deep enough for a refreshing
swim.
- Optional visit to nearby Jawili Beach with possibility
to swim
- Lunch incl. 2 drinks at picnic shed
- 60 mins air-conditioned
land transfer to Barangay Laserna through scenic
countryside. Good alternative summer destination
that offers cool water gushing from nature-hewn rocks.
- Basang
Cold Springs also have pools for adults and kids
to swim.
- 45 mins land transfer back to Caticlan pier
- 4:00
p.m. - 20 mins boat transfer back to Boracay, plus
land transfer back to your resort.

| 3 DAY PANAY ADVENTURE |
DAY 1:
BORACAY – PANAY ISLAND
A 40 min. drive
sees the start point for an easy and scenic mountain
bike ride to the Malumpati River. Enjoy a 1km walk
in the cold aqua natural spring poll, the source of
the river. We then equip you with kayaks and safety
gear, give you kayaking and river instruction, and
spend the next hour or so easy and relax paddling downstream.
Options include kayaking, walking or biking, all suitable
for beginners. Drive from Malumpati River along the
scenic west coast of Panay Island, lunch en route at
a local restaurant. Arriving at the Kayak Inn check
in to your accommodation, native style Filipino huts
built on stilts perched on the edge of the hill with
spectacular views. Afternoon is at leisure; relax and
swim in the river or mountain bike and kayak, or head
out to see the Bugtong Bato (7 tier) Waterfalls. Returning
to Kayak Inn before dusk you can soak away your care
sin the unique “kawa” – this
is like an over-sized wok heated by hot coals. A hearty
meal is served on banana leaves, tuba (coconut wine)
is free. |
DAY 2:
PANAY ISLAND
After breakfast the options are
endless. Hike to the village of Igpitoy, 3 kms. Upstream
and only accessible by foot, kayak the Tibiao River,
mountain bike the many trails, visit a local village
specializing in pottery, or Pineapple fiber weaving,
and hike through the rice terraces. Return to Kayak
Inn for the night. |
DAY 3:
PANAY ISLAND – BORACAY
Head out on the
Mountain Terraces and
Waterfall hike. Take a mountain trail to a viewpoint
overlooking the Tibiao River, swim in the cool waters
at the base of the falls, relax and enjoy lunch at
the Kayak Inn before departing at 1:30PM arriving in
Boracay by about 4:30 PM. |
